Cookie Policy for The Little Gym® Europe

The LifeSkills Company S.A. (together hereafter referred to as “The Little Gym® Europe” or “TLGE” or “we”) wishes to inform visitors to its websites www.thelittlegym.eu and www.thelittlegymfranchise.eu (hereafter referred to as “the Site” or “this Site” or “our Site” or “TLGE’s Site”) about the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on the hard drives of the computers when you consult websites or open certain emails.

As a result of a visit to our Site, a cookie may be saved on your hard drive. Cookies facilitate visits to TLGE’s Site, while helping TLGE to store your preferences and information and keep track of your trends. However, TLGE does not establish any link between the information saved by the cookies and data by name concerning the visitors to TLGE’s Site.

The following types of cookies are used on the TLGE’s Site:

1. Strictly necessary cookies
These are cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site and without them the Site would not function, or would not work optimally. These cookies cannot be disabled.

2. Functionality cookies
These are cookies used to enhance the functional purposes of the Site and ensure a more personalized browsing experience. For example, these may be cookies that remember the content you previously viewed on the Site or the email address and password you provided when registering during an earlier visit to this Site. The use of functional cookies enables TLGE to offer content tailored to your interests and save you the time of having to re-register and re-enter information when revisiting the Site.

3. Performance cookies
These are cookies that allow TLGE to collect information about your use of our Site and to undersand your needs, in order to enhance the content of our Site, adapt the Site to your wishes, and make the Site more user-friendly. For instance, there is a cookie that counts the number of unique visitors, and a cookie that keeps track of the most popular pages. This Site requests performance cookies for use by Google Analytics, an external performance monitoring service. We do not allow this provider to use or share these cookie figures, they are for TLGE’s own use.

4. Third party cookies
These are cookies that are placed by third parties (organisations other than TLGE) and used to tailor advertisements or social media content. This Site uses cookies which, based on the pages visitors consult on this Site, keeps a tally of the products or services visitors may be interested in. Through these cookies and with the tools of the Google advertising network (Google AdWords, Google Analytics and the Google Display Network), we can show you ads on other websites that are part of Google’s advertising network for products and services you may be interested in. This technique is called "remarketing". These cookies do not contain any personal data.

5. Embedded content and flash cookies
These are active links that point to other websites (for instance active links to pages from YouTube, FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram...). While visiting these external sites they may also create cookies. For more information, TLGE recommends to check the Privacy Policy of these specific websites.

Web videos may also present flash cookies, which are stored in your Adobe Flash Player rather than your browser, and control player preferences. The Adobe website has comprehensive information on how to manage Flash cookies.
